My Dear Georgians,
It gives me great pleasure to inform you that one of the projects developed by me and our Senior School Teacher Mr. S Natarajan is now on its way to becoming a National Project.
The Project "The Indian Primary and Secondary Education Megaproject" will lead to the construction of 30,000 New Schools , some 4500 of which will be of the size of our own Military School at Belgaum. This project which is currently under consideration of the Planning Commission and the National Knowledge Commission will provide high quality education, free of cost to 126 Million Children across 28 states and our Union Territories. The total project cost is approximately Rs 440,000 Crores or US$ 93 Billion which will be raised in accordance to a unique financing scheme.
The foundation has been named "The Nataraja Foundation" after Mr. Natarajan and his wife Smt. Saroja Natarajan. The entire project can be downloaded from the foundations website www.nataraja.org.in .
Please click on the links below to view the entire scheme. I would in particular invite students from the schools to view the Financing Structure and to spend some time in understanding all the calculations in the Excel files ( 2 files ) on the links below. This will greatly help you improve your skills for your careers as this is a benchmark project in Project Finance.

I would like to also draw the attention to the 5th Link above. This is the project design basis philosophy and it is a very important document as the entier project has been designed around just 2 paragraphs of Vivekananda.
The project is slowly receiving the attention of the government and within our slow bureaucracy. It is however the most sophisticated project ever submitted to the Government of India in the education sector.
Finally it is a Georgian Project.
