1. AGM and Elections followed by Lunch for New Executive Committee of GAD will be held on 25 Nov 2018 at COD Officers Mess, Kirbi Place Delhi Cantt from 1100 Hrs to 1600 Hrs.
2. The Returning Officer for the aforesaid election is Mr Satvir Singh Phogat (Retired IRS). Elections will be held for the post of the following Office Bearer of GAD:
(a) Vice Presidents – Two
(b) General Secretary – One
(c) Treasurer – One
(d) Joint Secretary – One
3. Last date for filing nomination was – 07th Nov 2018.
Last date for withdrawals Was – 10 Nov 2018.
Date of announcement of posts for which elections are to be held is – 15 Nov 2018
4. Registration for Elections: 1100 hrs onwards. All life members are requested to Pay Rs. 600/-Per Head (Registration cum Lunch Charges) and collect his respective voting slip.

Guest and Children above 12 Yrs – 500/- Each
5. Election Timings: 1130 Hrs to 1330 Hrs.
Bar Time – 1330 Hrs – 1430 Hrs
Lunch Time – 1430 Hrs – 1600 Hrs
6. Election will be by Secret ballot.
