Visiting KGS Nowgong premises near Jhansi
Lalit Kaul Writes: This is at the erstwhile KGS Nowgong (near Jhansi) premises which we GEORGIANS visited on 1st and 2nd March, 2025 as a part of the Centenary of the Jullundur, Nowgong and Chail Institution.
At the top was the statue of General Kitchener which has disappeared from this premises after KGS Nowgong shifted to Chail.
This premises was known as KITCHENER COLLEGE and during the British rule was an important training Institution as Cadets after passing out from here went to the IMA and thereafter got commissioned as officers.
