RMS Centenary Car Rally 2025 – Key Info Points
Welcome, Georgian!
Thank you for stepping forward to be a part of the Georgian Centenary Car Rally — a tribute to 100 years of brotherhood, brilliance, and bonhomie across Rashtriya Military Schools.
Coordinate accommodation, route planning, responsibilities, and safety for this once-in-a-lifetime journey from Delhi to Chail via all five RMS campuses, Nowgong and Jalandhar between 06 – 20 September, 2025.
Delhi – Manekshaw Centre (Flag-Off, 6 September)
Registration for Centenary Lunch:
- Full-route participants – registered centrally.
- First-leg participants – kindly register.
- Please arrive by 0900h for coordination and preparations.
- Reminder: Don’t consume excess beer – we have to drive safely after lunch
RMS Dholpur (6 September Night)
- Accommodation: 5 rooms already confirmed in school. Full-route participants will move to school; distribution of balance guest rooms will be finalised & intimated.
- Flag-off Function: Next morning (7 September) ~0900h onwards, post-breakfast at rooms. Tea will be served at the flag-off.
Gwalior
Lunch planned by Yudhveer bhaiya enroute
Nowgong & Hyderabad
- Guest rooms confirmed. Local Georgians’ welcome to join for dinner

Bengaluru (10 – 12 September)
- Accommodation confirmed
Flag-off on 11 Sep, 1000h at RMS Bengaluru, attended by:
- Lt Gen A. Natarajan, PVSM, AVSM, VSM (Former Adjutant General, Indian Army)
- Mr. S. N. Borkar, IPS (First Georgian IPS, former DGP Karnataka)
- Mr. B. S. Patil, IAS (Ex-Chief Secretary, Karnataka)
- Dinner with local Georgians on 11 Sep evening.
- Departure on 12 Sep at 0630h sharp.
Belgaum (12 September)
- Rooms tied up.
- Get-together finalised. We need more local Georgians’ to join.
- School assembly + Flag-off coordinated.
Kolhapur
- Lunch and meetup hosted enroute by AB Patil bhaiya.
Pune (13 September)
- Rooms tied up at CME.
- Dinner with Georgians’ community (including Gen Thamburaj, ex-VCOAS).
- Flag-off by Comdt, CME next day.
- Option of wreath laying at NDA is being explored.
Vadodara (14 September Night)
- Accommodation tied up.
Ahmedabad (15 September Noon)
- Lunch planned with local Georgians
Udaipur (15 – 17 September)
- MES IB booked
- Rest day and photo sessions planned

- MES IB booked for full-route participants
- Others joining Hisar onwards are kindly requested to arrange accommodation in Chail market in advance, as rally team cannot cater for extra stays
